We love this beautiful coat rack that has a marble slab that weights the bottom so it doesn't topple over - especially on a carpet surface. Very pleased!

I'm very impressed with the customer service. My first one arrived with a broken marble base. I contacted CS and they literally shipped another one the same day. UPS picked up the damaged one the next day.I love it. It's very heavy, sturdy, and looks great in my entryway. Easy to assemble, too. Highly recommend!!

This coat/hat stand looks nice. Sturdy aluminum poles, marble base, plastic ornamentation. The finished product looks better than I thought upon initial inspection. Be warned: thin styrofoam packing that crumbles apart in transit becomes annoying bits that carpet the floor like a snow globe when you open the box. NO DIRECTIONS to be found. After separating the parts it took a few seconds to guess the assembly. I did reference the original page photo on Amazon to guide me, had to unassemble what I’d started after viewing the pic, but was soon back on track. Total assembly time was 25 min.

The only thing stable about this is the heavy marble base. After adding a few pieces of clothing to the multi-hook mount, it bent and broke off. The metal pole is deformed and the bolt is crooked. Cannot refit the pieces together again. The spindle at the top of the hook mount is plastic with a sharp seam and the edges of the decorative rings are sharp and can cut your hands. The small round knobs come off easily and roll away. A waste of money.

That first image is the big issue are that is the supporting ring that goes at the top of this product (doesn't do 2 well when it is missing a section). The other 2 images are of improper acrylic setting (the third image goes through the thing) on the base of the product (overall not a fundamental failure like the first image but just QA things that would be appreciated to be fixed/prevented in further orders.)
