Having experienced a range of Samsung's wireless earbuds, from the original Galaxy Buds to the FE and Pro models, I can confidently say the Buds 2 Pro represents a significant step forward. The build quality remains consistent with the familiar design, though the packaging does exude a slightly more premium feel, reminiscent of the original Buds Pro.Where these earbuds truly shine is in their audio performance. The sound quality is exceptional, and the active noise cancellation is remarkably effective. In my experience, they even outperformed my Sony WH4 headphones during air travel, which was a pleasant surprise. A particularly welcome addition is the ability to adjust volume by touching the ear tip, freeing up the side tap controls for other functions.Battery life is adequate, though not a dramatic improvement over previous iterations. Charging is reasonably quick, but not exceptionally so. Overall, the Buds 2 Pro delivers a refined and high-quality listening experience that surpasses its predecessors.

Good quality ear buds, not astounding sound but for the money I am happy.Pairing with Samsung phone was quickest / simplest I've ever experienced - foolproof.Delivery was very prompt.Minor niggle - charging cable is double ended Universal C connector - no old fashioned USB on the one end - less plugs in our house.

Ordered it on a Sunday, said would be here by Wednesday, came the next day.I have had the item before, love the sound quality and battery life.

First of all if you're reading this you have the same question that I did; are these genuine Samsung buds? I can confirm that they are the real thing. I have no idea how these are so much cheaper than buying from Samsung directly but I went on the official Samsung website after I got these with the serial number and everything is legit.Now onto the earbuds. I have owned the original Samsung buds, Samsung buds 2, and these pros are significantly more comfortable. You can have them in your ear for hours and they are so comfortable.The sound quality is amazing. It has a deep bass and the you can hear lows and highs I couldn't previously hear in buds2. Music takes on a new life.So why 4 stars? I love everything about these buds except I feel the battery life is less than what it officially states. With ANC on you will probably get around 4 hours which is much less than other comparable brands such as Airpods pro 2.

Got this because my buds pro was a bit too big for my ear.It fits snugly and is very lightweight.Sound production is very good too .I will recommend it.

Stopped working after 10 months. Took to Samsung and could not repair unser Warranty as sold in UAE and also registered with much earlier original purchase date meaning over 12 months old. Suggested i contact the seller Everway Group who were unresponsive for 2 weeks despite chasing - other that auto response advising delays in responding. Get what you pay for. Avoid.

I bought these to replace my second pair of Galaxy Buds live and they are just on another level. I avoided in-ear buds for 20 years because my friend had to go A+E to have a silicone sleeve removed from his head and only bought the pro's because they discontinued buds live and all other outer ear buds looked trash or had trash reviews. Firstly the noise cancellation on the pro buds are so good and the function of allowing ambient noise is fantastic and surprisingly useful. The main thing which make the buds so good are the sound quality, buds live were great but the pro's are just sharper, deeper base, clear treble and have great battery life of 6/7 hours at a really high volume.
