Just as advertised
These balls are great for practice. They are nice and flexible and will get the job done. I usually use these to warm up my throwing arm to toss around. Once done, I will use them to hit to help with my bat speed. They are soft and with them being green, it's very easy to see them. Great for someone like me that likes to train.

Solid construction and balance. Good value
I used similar weighted weighted balls all throughout college ball. Now that I'm older and dealing with older stuff I've been using the 14oz balls for part of my shoulder rehab. These balls are made well and the weighted shot in the balls balance well. It's easy to get a solid grip on the ball even when your grip is compromised. The balls are also a good value compared to others.

Soft, and heavy
These training baseballs seem ideal for defensive practice between both pitchers and fielders. It could be a fantastic addition to your practice as I feel it helps me with muscle memory, in both reacting to the ball hitting your glove, as well as the motion of throwing it, as the weight will carry your arm forward following a more natural motion.I can’t guarantee that it will majorly change your ability on the field but I feel it should as I have felt a change in muscle memory and reaction time, as well as some additional strength in my wrist.Overall I personally feel that this is a great option to practice some of your defensive skills and it is worth a shot especially if you feel you need improvement in fielding capabilities.

Consistent use has improved arm strength
Cons: Soft and squishy grip is a bit awkward at first if you’re used to the feel of a baseball. It takes some getting used to as if you grip to tight the ball compresses down and will cause your release to be different, trial and error is to be expected. Due to the iron sand filler inside, you may feel the weight shifting as you get your grip and go through your throwing motion.Pros: Throwing these consistently has increased my arm strength after just a few weeks working with them. Start small with just short tosses about the distance of pitcher’s mound to home plate (60’ 6” to be precise), once you get comfortable with your grip and release then start gradually increasing the distance. I would not recommend trying to top out a radar gun with these or super long toss as that might result in injury.
