I like the fact it is a car battery and is the exact fit for my car!!!!! It worked straight out of the box, I say that but it didn't do anything until I fitted it to my car.

This battery does not clamp into position by a base clamp and so is not a straight forward change over for a suzuki sx4 vvt 1.6 petrol. I had to fit 2 threaded rods and clamp it from the top.

I like the colour, the design and the construction.. The battery was delivered as per the date. Put it on my car, with one crank! The car fired off. Switched off Left it in the car for 5 days then tried to start it. Amazingly it started the engine one crank! Fantastic thumb up

I managed to flatten the battery in my Toyota MR2 Roadster whilst not driving it during lockdown. I've not had the car long and no doubt the old one was on its last legs anyway. I'd read around a few MR2 owners forums and this battery came up time and time again. It seems a reasonable price so I went for it. The battery arrived quickly and substantially packaged. A good clear warning on the top about removing the transit plugs. There is also an indicator light in the battery that tells you if it has charge or not, which is a nice touch. Fitted the battery and the car started up very quickly indeed and has done so since. The central locking also seems to be more reliable now as well. Very impressed all round.

For those who are not aware, the 12V battery on early Lexus RX400h hybrid cars was particularly small. It doesn't need to be as large a capacity as a normal car because it is not at all involved in starting the gasoline engine; this is performed by the large traction battery. It merely has to power up the dashboard electrics, and switch on the huge traction battery bus bar. Trouble is, as soon as these batteries start to show their age, they can 'suddenly' let you down and not be able to switch on the traction battery and so you are left with a DEAD car. There is no warning. This YUASA product is a direct replacement for this battery, fits inside the front bonnet area on the right side, and is easily changed by anyone with some DIY experience and a couple of spanners. If you are driving around in one of these cars and the battery has not been changed for seven or eight years, then I strongly recommend you do this.

This battery is fantastic in my Toyota MR2. I live in Scotland so it has to deal with low temperatures in winter. Car sat for 3 weeks in near 0 degrees and started 1st time with no issues. Recommended
