High-N-Dry Briarproof, and Waterproof Protector Chaps, Made in U.S.A.

As a woman biologist, I find the process of buying field clothes terribly unsatisfying most of the time. The exception are these pants. I've worn them through about 250 miles of briars in Southern Georgia doing Gopher Tortoise surveys and my legs are almost completely scratch free! They're especially great against green briar and they hold up to blackberries as well.I will say that the ends near the boots tend to fray a little bit as time goes on, but this only seems to impact the look, not the function of the chaps. The also don't always protect you fully on the knees - something about the tightness when you lift your leg to step over a tall patch of briars causes your skin to be closer to the chaps and a few thorns will get through.Overall I am completely satisfied with these chaps and will order more if my current pair ever give out! As a bonus, they also protect you from those pesky yellow flies and deer flies that Georgia seems to specialize in :)

I work in the untility industry and I am always in the weeds (read prickers here) so far these are great but they do take a minute to get on and adjusted.1. they do a great job with ordinary briars, raspberry bushes etc. however wild rose and thorn apple will poke through occasionally.2. another bonus is that they keep your pants relatively dry when walking through wet and dewy stuff3. on the minus they are hot when you are walking long distances, but it is a good trade off.in the past I have used chain saw chaps to protect my legs but these only protect the front of your legs they get tangled up in branches and they offer little or no water proofing they will stop a chain saw so pretty much nothing gets through them and chain chaps are heavier.

I've used these for one season of pheasant hunting in the PNW. It's almost always very wet, slogging through tall grass and brush. I wear some waterproof boots with these and stay perfectly dry all day. Great value in a very easy to put on and take off leg chap.

These chaps fit perfect and they are easy and quick to put on. They are great for hunting and perfect for weed-whacking. For walking in the woods for almost any reason, these chaps would be a handy thing to have.

Works good. Too bad there isn't a drawstring at the bottom though to help keep the bugs out.

If u your measurement right they are great, I'm a 20pnd guy in 34x30 pants and the large 28's are perfect. Had wore them for years, been to there local shop and are great people.I bought cabelas brush pants and didn't hold up,have to use these over top of them.Not sure u can wear these out they are that good,definitely help with the water proof layer too

I’ve used these chaps for a couple of seasons and absolutely beat the hell out of them. Briars, thorns, and tangles aplenty. First season they were impervious to everything, second season they were about 75 percent. Last season, less so. Pattern is nearly gone thanks to the grey/white fraying and snags, but they did what they were supposed to do and I plan to order another set when this one completely gives up.

Bought these to use while rabbit hunting. The property I hunt has sharp thickets and thick brush. After a full day of hunting, these kept me safe and showed no wear.
