Would I buy It again?
I think, yes.Because It has dictation samples at the end which are very helpful, and because of his approach. It still need complementary books with it

Worth every penny.
This book is a great and unique new book that has a format that is intuitive and easy to learn. The image galleries are very high resolution and the captioning on them is detailed and informative. Overall the book is one of the most user-friendly books that I have ever read and used, especially within this field where such ease is hard to capture in the literature. The book is beneficial for both junior residents and senior residents preparing for boards, everyone doing so should really use this book as their go to resource in neuro-radiology. I prefer this book over many other comparable books available in the field. Fellow radiologists share my enthusiasm and preference for this particular book by Dr. Borden which should be present and included in every medical library and personal collection. While I love this book and many aspects of it, there is one thing I would point out as a small critique. The images were not incorporated in the text they were presented in a separate chapter called 'image galleries'. While I have this critique I would point out that it does not change how the book is used or what it can be as a resource, it is more of an aesthetic critique of the layout.
