Are these the same as the 12-pack that costs £11.99?

Yes I would say so the pack of 24 are excellent quality and I would definitely buy again

Are these proper flannels? Thanks

Yes, they are hemmed squares of towelling. They are 'budget' quality so not very thick but were exactly what I wanted for a small drying job. As a face flannel/wash cloth they would be great. And they are a good price for a big pile.

Beige looks mustard (which is colour i need) on my ipad. please advise actual colour. thanks

Not really a strong mustard colour, but darker (and nicer) than beige. I'm really pleased with the colour.

Does it exist in 35 by 35 cms size?

Sorry I have used all mine so I can not measure, but I can tell you that they were normal size and good value
