Cromebook is not charging
Product looks good from outside. Cromebook works fine. But itsnot charging. Charging wire or charging slot might be defective. I called amazon customer care regarding issue but they kept me waiting on call and haven't resolved my problem. Then they hanged up the call. And now I'm unable to replace product as they said that it's out of stock. I'm very diaspointed. Wasn't expecting this from Amazon at all.

Worst laptop ....no battery found message and no camera is present . backlight isn't working also laptop turns on only when charger is connected
