The battery and the new headphone ear replacement covers were great! Easy to replace and my wife says they feel great and do a great job of noise cancelling.

The Battery would not take a charge
After the first battery wouldn't take a charge I returned it and ordered a replacement. It would not take a charge either and was returned. After weeks I contacted them and asked why I still haven't received my refund. To date I still have not received it.
