I wished I’d knew about these smoothies with our first son. I recently purchased a 12 pack of both flavors Mango Banana & Apple Pear and I really enjoyed them both. Really liked the thickness texture of this product but I do agree that it is an acquired taste. Drinking these smoothies along with regular bottled water and coconut water daily increased my milk supply drastically. Definitely worth it and I will be purchasing more soon.

Not only was it horrendous tasting, it did nothing for my milk supply. Absolute waste of money. I’d tolerate the taste if it helped, but it doesn’t.

Taste nasty but does the job!

Overall: Decent drink flavor and easy to drink.I'm not sure if you're supposed to drink this daily until your supply is established or not, or if it's a recurring thing, but I only bought 1 to try and haven't purchased another.I was also drinking a different powder based on to try out as well, so cannot speak on the intended effects.

Not a fan of the flavor. Very strong taste of fenugreek. Like a weird, spicy, savory pancake. Tried one and giving the rest to another lactating mom to see see if she likes them.

Tastes great and definitely helps to boost my supply in the middle of the day while Im working!
