DeMarini 2014 CF6 WTDXCFL Youth Baseball Bat (-11)

Purchased the 32" 2-1/4 model. My son is 11 years old-5' 7" tall and about 135lbs. He was playing with a 31" Easton S1 and getting quite a few hits but not a ton of distance. We have had the bat for one week-broke it in soft toss and tee (About 150-200 hits) before his first use. He finally used in his first game this weekend and hit a triple and a double. This bat has great pop and hopefully gets even better with use. His swing is pretty even (balanced) with this bat (as it suggests) and I recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

My sons seems to like the bat. I didn't realize that the composite bats need to be broken in. It seems to be getting more pop after a few hundred hits with it. Oh well, just more time in the cage.

Got this for my 10 year old little leaguer and he loves it!. It doesn't look like he swings a giant orange highlighter like the Mako. Seems to have enough pop but I honestly don't know hiw anyone besides techs in the lab could tell me if ball pops off it better than another composite bat.Bottom line, great looking bat, does its job, and my soon absolutely loves it!

Bat weighs 1.9 ounces more than listed weight. Huge difference for a youth player !

My son was super excited to get his new bat, but when we opened the box the bat had clearly been used and not just a few swings, more like a full season.The grip was worn out and the barrel had dings and scratches.

I received the bat two days ago and had my son try it last night. The CF6 is everything as advertised and more. It has great pop, he was hitting some nice line drives into the gaps. If these were in a game, these would be doubles and triples. If he was a little bigger (he's 62 lbs) the balls would be going over the fence. The price and service was great. I pitch a lot of batting practice to 11 and 12 year olds. Many of them have the competitors orange bat. One thing that I noticed with the orange bat was that the kids were constantly grabbing their hands after hitting the ball because of the vibration. I did a little research and found that this was common with it. My son has never had a problem with vibration with his CF5 and said the CF6 felt even better.As far as the CF6 goes, buy it, you won't regret it and your sons hands will thank you.I had two separate email questions for Protech Products after I made my purchase. They responded to my first question within hours and my second question within minutes. I would recommend purchasing a product through them and I would have no problem purchasing through them again. In fact, the CF5 that I bought 15 months ago was with them.

It's one of the best bats my son has ever had. He thinks it's better than his torq. He seems to be hitting the ball better with this bat. It has amazing pop and sounds great. He's had this bat for about more than a year and it seems to be in good condition I got this for $115 so not bad for the price.
