Star Wars Darth Vader Expressions Mens Black T-Shirt

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift. It was washed in a small load, by itself following the wash instructions on the shirt and the first few letters washed off... Shirt was never even worn! Best anime shop refuses to do an exchange and has the WORST customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could. The manager is never in the office and the owner doesn't take phone calls. I have never left a bad review in my life but I'm pissed about this order.

This is a great medium weight shirt. My son really liked it as a gift. Did not shrink at all and washed well. To another reviewer who said the letters came off; you need to wash these kinds of shirts "inside out" and not use the "high" setting on the dryer!
