Edit: after being contacted by the seller, they are going to fix the problem. Having said that, I change my review to 5 stars for the customer service.Original:Most, if not all sheets were warped. When held down for engraving, the wood is not uniform in the core. Some sections cut fine, others would not cut because of some impurity.

I wish I had known about this company because they have a real good price on their hardwood veneers. The mahogany that I purchased was in great condition with very few blemishes. I'll be purchasing some walnut when I begin running low on my current supply. The engraving and cutting quality is impeccable.

This wood has been extremely easy to work with on my 12w Diode laser! Can usually cut theough with 1 pass at 200mmps and 48.5 power! Cuts come out extremely clean and love the quality of the wood.

Not package right making the wood to become warped. My 1st and last order. The veneer is so thin!

It's nice looking wood but I have had to decrease my cut speed dramatically so I can get clean cuts. Ogtherwise it will not cut all the way through the wood. This increases production time per project with longer burn times. But the wood is very sturdy wood and feels heavier than wood I've used in the past so this may be a positive. I Havent stained it yet but It has a nice clean face.

Great product!! Great for the laser

Like many others, half of the boards were warped and would not lay flat however my biggest complaint were that they were not truely 12x12. Every board measured 11 13/16 x 11 13/16...An Update.... After contacting the seller, they responded ASAP and they corrected the issue immediately. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and I updated my rating to Five Stars.. I will be purchasing more products from them.

These were to be used with my laser engraver but if they do not lie flat, they are no good. Some were okay, but not enough to justify what I spent and what I can use. Perhaps if they had been wrapped before being put into the box, the warping would not have occurred. Very disappointed.Customer Service is absolutely wonderful. I was contacted after my initial review and they did everything to make it right. I was even told that they will be heat wrapping the orders of wood in the near future.I will definitely be ordering from them again.
