my veterinarian daughter recommended trying this collagen which is for humans vs. the dog version. Taking 1 each morning, after 7-10 days, i suddenly realized i could move around and in and out of my car, etc. with no pain. Crazy, but really working so far. it's been about 9 mos. so far. i have had no side effects. my orthopedic doctor says there's nothing bad in ingredients and to keep using if it's working!

It's a supplement... He says he's noticed SOME relief, so even if the effect is placebic then I guess it's worth it. I feel like the price is good. You will have to determine the rest for yourself.
