I bought the mat because it has excercises printed on it. These excercises are good to do because you use your own body weight. I also use the mat for yoga exercises. The mat feels strong.

What too thin!!!
I love the pictures which help with my stretches and workouts. But sadly, this mat is too thin and tough to use on hard floors. Might discourage me from repeated use.
