This is best traidmill for using at home

Product was easy to unpack and assemble. Quality wise it’s good considering price. This treadmill is good for walking up to speed of 6-6.5 km, not so good at higher speed since it tends to become unstable

The media could not be loaded.  Display not working.ordered for new display.they send wrong display.we return that. but last 2 months they did not respond.can not use the treadmill. Very disappoint.Finally 4 months later they sent exact part.after sell service not good. So many times we call them but they did not respond. Parts not available easily

Got this product almost a month back, product was delivered way before time which was delightful. Durafit's customer support got in touch proactively almost right from the time of order placement and maintained a regular follow up till delivery and installation. I raised a request for installation and it was done within a day from delivery.After just a few days of use I noticed a crack on the motor cover and also started noticing some loose ends (e.g the handle bar was shaky, a screw came out of nowhere, creaking sounds etc). Raised the issues with Durafit and they promptly sent a technical to who re-checked all the points. They also replaced the cracked motor cover with a new one which was couriered to me directly and I installed it DIY.Now coming to the product itself, it is overall a value for money given it is a Treadmill for home use. Features are good with a top speed of 16kmh and several training modes pre-loaded. The running belt is not too wide but that is a limitation with most treadmills in the category. The treadmill feels smooth when walking or jogging at low speeds (7-8 kmh) but above that it's starts to produce loud creaking sounds. (I am 80kgs btw and the machine specs said a weight limit limit of 110kg). The other issue is that the entire unit tends to move/slip forward very slowly when used for running, although this doesn't seem to happen in incline mode (weird!). My floor is smooth so that could be a reason. Durafit could include a anti-slip gym mat with the packaging as most homes will have marble or tile flooring.
