If you're wrapping a hoof make sure you start the roll and pull what you need off then wrap it back around the roll, because you won't be able to get it started once you pick a foot up.

Elastikon does what no other bandage wrap can and when you have to have it, this product arrives quickly, very good quality and is the best price I have found.

Elastikon is a great product, but the price hurts if a lot of that product is needed. This Elastic Adhesive Tape is almost as good and hurts the pocketbook less. It is a bit less sturdy so it can be difficult to use at times, but is a reliable product that I will keep purchasing when I need to deal with large animal bandages.

If you are looking for something similar to the J&J elastikon this might be suitable. I’m going through rolls like crazy due to my horses leg injury and I bought because I needed something cost efficient. I gave 3 stars because the rolls are often misrolled, mid use I have to pause and unstick areas that were folded during the original rolling process. It also does not stick as well was regular Elastikon, don’t expect it to last long if it’s attached to moving limbs. Since I have to change it out 2x anyway, it wasn’t as big of a deal. There is a bonus though, because the adhesive isn’t as strong as regular elastikon, it’s much easier to apply, remove, and does not leave the adhesive residue on the leg. This product is clearly made with humans in mind, and not animals.

This tape does not work on horses. It also pulls apart on the roll while using it. The quality is poor.
