I am a property manager and for years I would have the doorknob and deadbolt have key lock functions, but I use to get calls saying “I am locked out, help” granted I would charge for that but it always happened at the worst time for me and my staff. So I switched to this doorknob and the Kwikset smartkey deadbolt. Now for tenants to leave and lock the door they have to use a key to lock the door. Overnight the calls stopped. There are three or four brands of doorknobs but I like best the Kwikset doorknob listed above.

These are so easy to install I have an old modular home that I've had to replace some door knobs to bedrooms and bathrooms with and these are easy to install even for me

It matched what originally was installed in my double-wide Mobile Home. Granted, Mobile Home Manufacturers use a lot of in-expensive products during construction. However, for the price, these devices and their counter parts (ie. Dead-Bolts, locking mechanisms) function very well for many years!

Easy to install. Replaced a brass colored knob so it now matches the room. Build seems pretty solid.

Bought 6 passage sets & 2locking door knob sets all look good/ worked well!
