These are so lovely we came back for another set! They are holding up well with quite a bit of use already. They come with a thin cork overlay on the bottom so they're safe to set on fragile surfaces like our finished wood coffee table. The patterns and colors are stunning and for the price we couldn't be happier. We haven't noticed any staining or fading.They don't absorb moisture THAT well, so be mindful of that. These were purchased mostly to add something pretty and functional for us personally.

These coasters are very attractive and well made for the price. Solid and nice! I especially like the cork bottoms for scratch and stain resistance on wood tables. The "gold" stand to stack them in is another plus!

I have a room that these work perfectly for. I have a spare bedroom I've turned into girly heaven. I needed coasters to protect my dark navy blue side table from showing scratches. For the price, these look and work great. I don't know if I would use these in my living room where people that visit would use them. Especially if I lived in an area with humidity. I'm in AZ, so it doesn't really matter to me if they are absorbant. So, I say great for me, but maybe not for you!
