Q: I do not understand, i received my lego with a lot of problems with the pieces, i can not complete one tower!

Call Lego. If you purchased this item new and its missing pieces they will send you the ones you need. Lego has amazing customer support for their products. If you bought it used you still should be able to get the pieces although they may charge you. You'll have to call to find out.

Q: is it fun to play with

My son (and many of his firends) set up these type of kits and display them. However, it does seem to have features that encourage actual play.

Q: is this both 9474 and 9471 or just 9474

It is only 9474. You can purchase 9471 for about $30 retail. But the 9474 set is pretty neat as is and would not necessarily need 9471 to augment it unless your purpose is to collect all LOTR sets
