I recommend to go to bathroom do number 2 if your constipated it great for that And drink several time water so it go down the intestines.

The Best Psyllium Husk Product
So thrilled to have found this product by reading a New York Times article about psyllium husk. Telephone Brand is the best and most effective psyllium product I have ever used. It is viscous, and the texture is pronounced, but that’s probably why it’s so good. Really refined psyllium doesn’t work as well.
