Everything as described
I have wanted one for a while, for the good camera, but I couldn't justify the price. Come to find Amazon sold refurbished ones and I decided to give it a try. This is such a quality phone, not a single scratch in sight, arrived with a charging cable. It was easy to set up, unlocked for all carriers (which was what matterd most to me) .All in all, I highly recommend it. Great price and bonus points for sustainability.

Amazing cellphone, thanks Amazon!
Very Awesome product, top of the line. I'm very impressed. This was supposed to be a backpack cellphone for my Galaxy S23! I like this one so much more. The display is amazing, perfect for me. The graphics, design, processing speed, camera, video and pictures WOW. You definitely impressed me, the best part is the nice price. PRIME MEMBER FOR LIFE!

I'm dissapointed
NOT FACTORY UNLOCKED! I didn't realize this immediately because it is not specifically sim-locked, and data and calling worked fine. Fast forward 6 months, I get an email from work telling me I'll be kicked off the MDM policy (work email on personal phone) unless I update my OS. Evidently it was a Verizon phone, which can only receive software updates if you have Verizon SIM card. I have spent days trying to get support from Samsung, Verizon, AT&T, Amazon, and the Amazon seller only to be told to pound sand >:[It would seem my only option now is to take a risk with leaked / pirated firmware flashing, which I'm worried will trip the Knox security (which is the only reason I bought the phone in the first place, as Knox security was required by my employer). The phone itself is also disappointing. I started with a OnePlus 5t, which I was very happy with. When I was required to get a Samsung, I went to an A52 5g. The fingerprint sensor and face recognition were both so bad that unlocking the phone was a massive chore (something I do dozens of times a day). I suffered through this for a little while before upgrading to the S22. I very much resent the trend of under-display sensors which do not perform as well as their more visible counterparts. The S22 ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is vastly better than the optical one on the A52, but it still is inferior compared to a sensor on the back of the phone like on my older OnePlus. Heck, even my old galaxy S5 had a better fingerprint sensor. The face detection is a little better than the A52, but not as good as the OnePlus 5t. It really struggles in low light, and must be directly in front of your face. Nobody does face detection as well as Apple, but that's probably due to patent limitations (and I refuse to go back to iphone until they allow sideloading). One notable issue both the A52 and S22 suffer is an inability to detect they are in my pocket. I must deliberately place the phone with the screen facing outwards or else the fingerprint reader will constantly register false attempts against my leg (which will lock you out of using biometrics)Battery life is not impressive. Once again the 5t was better. This may not be entirely fair b/c I do use the always-on display, but on the other hand the processor should be much more efficient for how much newer it is. I mostly believe this is similar to the issue of constantly waking up in my pocket. A proper proximity sensor could have solved this rather than just using the selfie camera, which is again another example of form over function (It also seems like samsung doesn't even attempt to detect being in you pocket in order to reduce battery / ignore touch screen).

Great Phone for a Great Price
I was a little unsure of how to feel before buying a phone from amazon like this, but I made a great choice. There is literally no issue with this phone, it charges great and has a great battery life, no cracks or chips or anything. The face recognition is a bit buggy so I chose not to use it, but I think that is more of samsung's fault more than anything else. Also for the fingerprint reader, it works great but for those who don't know, if you have a screen protector, you have to look through settings to make the screen more sensitive so that it goes through better (its labeled as such under settings>display>touch sensitivity). Otherwise, great phone that can handle a great amount of pictures and apps.

You can never go wrong with a Samsung
This renewed phone is in excellent condition. The phone is a bit smaller than what I am used to, but it certainly does not affect the quality of the product. This phone is fast, has a beautiful, bright screen and takes wonderful photos. Highly recommend!

Really good phone
So far I have had it a few days but I love it. Upgraded from galaxy a32 and it's just much better for a good price. The battery runs quickly, once it hits 5% you have a couple minutes to get it to the charger whereas I could use it for a long time from 5-1%. I turned battery saver on and it helps a little but not by much. All in all I would still have made this purchase, it's a good quality and great condition.

Good product
Bought this being a bit worried at the time. I thought it will not work well but I was pleasantly surprised. Works great! Good refurbisher, good seller.

Shouldn't be labeled as excellent condition
It said in excellent condition but had noticeable scratches, it should be labeled as good or acceptable condition in my opinion. The led screen looks somewhat damaged, kind of like burned. When you leave a page too much time in a screen and after a while you change or close the page or app, but you can still see the previous page or app on the screen. Well, is the same effect, if you open a white background, you can see some light red spots and and rectangles on the screen. I'm only keeping it because I needed a new phone and don't have time to wait for another one. Other than that, everything works fine for now.
