I love the design/ minimalism of this product. It feels well built and I assume will last years. with it being a sub $30 razor I think it’s excellent

This is the third safety razor I've owned, but the first that is not the butterfly style. When my last razor (it was at least 10 years old) started causing razor burn I needed a change. After a week of using the new one razor burn has become non existent! I think this would be a good razor for new safety razor users as there isn't a huge learning curve.

First, this razor performs very well for ME. I shave my legs and underarms and I demand an extremely close BBS shave minus the irritation I get with cartridge razors. This razor performs to my demands without any nicks, cuts, or irritation. I barely feel the blade of at all and the blade is completely covered by the heads top cap. I have a Kinghood Twinkle that performs the same, is a metal finish and has no finish issues.I meticulously clean, with water, towel dry and then allow to air dry for 12 hours after each and every use.I had this razor two days when I noticed the paint/ finish on the under side of the base plate is cooling off where the handle screws in.Though I love the performance I can't recommend the "color" finish razors as I do not feel the longevity and durability is present.***Update: I reached out to the seller and the razor was replaced without hassle. Great Customer Service experience. If the new razor begins to chip or peel I'll update.For reference the first photo demonstrates the finish flaw. The second photo compares this one to the Twinkle.

I’m an avid Vintage Razor collector and have many at my disposal. As of lately, I’ve shifted more towards my modern razors so that I can protect the condition of my vintage ones. I mostly shave my head & line up my beard nowadays and wanted a simple razor to get this done. For me, I’ve learned that any razor that’s 80 grams to 100 grams gave me good results as the weight of the razor was enough for a comfortable shave. Surprisingly it delivers just that! I have sensitive skin and coarse hair that is subject to the occasional razor bumps, so, I try not to use an aggressive razor. It was very pleasant and gave good feedback. The handle provided very good grip even with slightly wet hands. I highly recommend this razor for men of color who are dealing with razor bumps from using multi blade cartridge razors. Lastly, someone mentioned that the razor started chipping. This hasn’t been the case for me. As a preventative measure, I use a #10 nylon washer to prevent paint chipping. Hope this helps someone.

I've seen fine China more durable than this product. First razor broke after 2 months and was beginning to rust and the second razor just arrived today and broke in less than an hour the same way when it fell less then a foot onto my counter and the screw on head snapped right off. Do not waste your money on this piece of garbage. Otherwise it works like an ordinary safety razor.

I have used similar razors in the past and I have been so pleased with this one. It is great quality, has a nice weight to it and is easy to use. The biggest thing for me is the safety feature and design on this one - the blade stays firmly in the razor and does not move around when shaving. Other razors I had that were similar single blade razors, would loosen and get wobbly when shaving. This would lead to cuts and having to constantly tighten the blade. Very pleased!

I chose this item because it was priced right , it appeared to be designed well . However, when I received it I noticed that in order to install a razor blade you had to totally unscrew the entire shaving head leaving you with the post, the cap cover and the plate upon which the razor sits . In the past I’ve always used razors that unscrew at the base of the post opening the cap cover as though it was an upside down bomb bay exposing the razor plate. At this point you would drop the razor blade onto the plate and rescrew the cap cover thus closing it over the plate and razor. There is no separation of the parts. The razor I purchased from you required complete reassembly when installing a blade. ie: unscrew the post from the plate and cover ; position the blade on the plate and cover with the cap. Position the post to screw into the base and cap and tighten while holding both ends of the blade head with fore finger and thumb. If you put to much torque on the post while holding it the head will slip from your fingers which will than slide along the razors edge resulting in injury. DONT PURCHASE THIS ITEM.

The handle is fine and seems to work well. I used the blades, that came with the handle, on three different shaves and kept getting nicks and felt like they weren’t sharp or were poor quality. Tried a different brand of blades and there is a world of difference. Threw the blades that came with the handle out.

Todo en orden, y funciona muy bien

My beard is not coarse blades irritate and have trouble cutting.

Me encantó el diseño, compré dos, uno como regalo y uno para mi. Compre los colores plata y cromo mate. El que es completamente plata me parece muy muy bonito, el cromo mate no tanto pero eso ya es por gustos. Aún no se han usado, pero me encanta la presentación de empaque y si se sienten con un muy buen filo las cuchillas. Tiene un mayor peso que los rastrillos desechables comunes pero tampoco es tan pesado como para ser incomodo. Más adelante veré qué tal su funcionamiento y rendimiento.
