When this rollator first arrived I put it together but then couldn't get the handles to screw in to hold them in place. I loved the item as it's at the right height and is easy to push, but as it came without a manual (which is partly why the price had been reduced) it meant I was left wondering how on earth I could fix it as I really didn't want to send it back. So, the following morning I looked at it again and found the silver screw which you screw into the handles has a sort of bump in it that has to be lined up and put in the tiny groove on the opposite side. I hadn't noticed that before as the light was bad and my eyesight for near work is not particularly good! I think I had also put the washer in the wrong side ... so I changed those around as well. Anyway, I then screwed it all together again and to my surprise it worked! The handles stayed in one place. Well, they were a little bit wobbly but compared to what they were like before I was more than happy. Then, after pushing it around for a bit I found it had even tightened up a bit more and now it is as solid as a rock! I'm well pleased so if my rather lengthy review helps others to put their rollator together successfully I will be even happier. :-) PS I would just like to add folding the walker is easier than it at first appears. You just have the walker facing towards you, that is with the basket side in front of you, then pull the pink handle and at the same time turn the rollator over on to two wheels and pull it towards you. It then folds easily. I can do it and I'm really not that fit and have a bad back! Also, the basket is very strong and useful. I can carry my oxygen canister in it, a cardigan, a drink and anything else I want to take on my walk. Now all I need is some dry weather <sighs> Good luck everyone, I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.

Mine is slightly unbalanced and no one can't find a way of adjusting it, however, I can now beat the dog to the front door when the post arrives, so it's brilliant.....

This was an identical replacement for a 10 year old walker.As expected it is completely as advertised. Strong sturdy and lightweight. The tray is a useful addition

This walking aid is very good, except the small Perspex tray on the front which does not fit properly, it is slightly bevelled which means when I put my food on it, it might fall off. I need this tray to be stable as it is the way that I can transfer my food from the kitchen to where I dine. The trouble is that all the studs do not fit holes at one time, causing the tray to be unstable. Is it possible that you could supply another one which would fit. Thank you. Are you trying to get me another tray as this one is not fitting properly and my food or anything else I put on the tray is likely to slip off. This tray is a necessity.

Perhaps the best made good value rollator on the market

The only problem with this item (which requires some putting together) is that the instructions only come in Italian. I understand some Italian, but I still found it hard!

This is an excellent walker, it is extremely sturdy and stable and turns very easily. Mostly assembled on arrival. It requires the handles to be fitted with some securing bolts which I found in the bag with the tray. There are no instruction on how to do this but pretty easy to work out. Place the washer on the outside of the walker and push the bolt through from the inside making sure you rotate the bolt to locate it properly, attach the handle and tighten the bolt until the handle is secure at the right height. I’m very impressed and think this is high quality and extremely good value.

Buono, ottimo prodotto. Sono alcune settimane che è arrivato e posso criticare solo l'imballaggio approssimativo con cui è arrivato e la poca consistenza del manico che completa il cestino frontale. Comunque 5 stelle. ho scritto nel titolo che la perfezione non esiste e per il prezzo che chiede questo è un prodotto da 5 stelle. L'imballaggio approssimativo non lo rende cattivo, spero che il venditore mi legga e provveda al miglioramento della cosa. Il cestino frontale è di materiale piuttosto scadente, ma non è la funzionalità principale per cui si acquista un deambulatore. se vi serve un semplice porta oggetti assolve più che bene al suo dovere.Il deambulatore è invece il prodotto giusto al prezzo giusto. Robusto e solido, stabile quanto basta se la deambulazione è ancora abbastanza concreta nel soggetto che deve usare il supporto. Non ci si devono fare chilometri, nessuno che usi un tale supporto è in grado di camminare a lungo e il seggiolino al centro del manubrio permette una seduta comoda per riposare un po' e poi continuare la passeggiata. La presa sulle maniglie è ergonomica e la gomma è porosa nel modo giusto per non scivolare afferrandola anche con poca forza. Il freno permette di gestire la guida del supporto nelle pendenze e lo scatto verso il basso attiva il blocco delle routine posteriori per permettere una migliore manovra per la seduta. le routine posteriori non sono trotterellanti mentre le anteriori sì… sarebbe stato meglio averle tutte trotterellanti… ovvio! Ma per il prezzo ripeto che il prodotto è ottimo. La verniciatura non è la verniciatura a polvere interna ed esterna di prodotti di alta gamma, ma siamo di nuovo al discorso del prezzo. Così è giusto e molto buono nel rapporto complessivo. La perfezione non esiste e qui ne ho parlato. Si può provare a fare meglio e ad avere un prodotto migliore? sicuramente, basterà cercare un prodotto più costoso e aumentando il budget si troveranno alterative migliori. A questo prezzo è proprio un ottimo prodotto!

Acquistato per me stesso. Ha diversi accessori che ne ampliano l'utilizzo anche se un po' ingombranti (cestino e vassoio). Utili i due ganci posti sopra il portapacchi e il portaombrello.Ha freni tipo bicicletta che agiscono indipendenti su ciascuna delle due ruote fisse posteriori utilissimi ma pericolosi se usati in discesa su terreno accidentato. Le ruote sono sufficientemente alte per assorbire le eventuali asperità del terreno e le gomme sono piene.Era stato acquistato per un utilizzo anche interno ma i due galletti di plastica che servono a bloccare più agevolmente i singoli manubri di guida lo rendono di una larghezza superiore ai 60 centimetri, motivo per cui non può entrare nei servizi igienici con porta di quella larghezza.Si consiglia pertanto l'uso su spazi ampi nonchè esterni dove si rivela stabile e robusto sebbene un po' pesante. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo.

Comprato per mia madre, molto resistente e sopratutto facilissimo da montare.Colore blu, si presenta bene ed e' stabile. Le ruote grandi rispetto ad altri modelli, permette di poterlo usare anche fuori in strada sui sampietrini senza difficoltà.Freni funzionano bene e il cestello e' utile per piccole spese fatte.Lo consiglioPs:tutto ok dopo alcuni mesi... In molti dopo averlo visto hanno voluto sapere dove comprarlo. E in realtà nel mio quartiere adesso diversi anziani hanno iniziato ad usarlo... Lo consiglio

Il prodotto è come da descrizione. Comprato per mia nonna. E' ben fatto, resistente, maneggevole e di facile montaggio. Un ottimo prodotto che non credevo di trovare qui e invece devo dire che ho speso meno e la qualità è ottima.
