Very nice cameras. They have night vision, you can hear and speak on them to people outside, they follow a human, you can purchase cloud storage for them on their app. We are very satisfied with the price and the cameras. I will probably order 2 more 😊

For the most part i agree with all the other 4-5 star ratings here except for the fact that the app does not allow for the alarm settings to be saved. and by default it is on do not disturb mode, so no notifications will be sent for the smart alarm feature. Sadly, there are several nice advanced options for tailoring how the alarm detection works, but since none of them can actually be used it renders the camera useless if you expect to be notified of the presence of an intruder. Youd have to instead go back through the footage after finding physical evidence of intrusion. There is also no instructions, tooltips, or tech support for the app. so if you get stumped at all while using it youre on your own.The hardware is solid. great buy for the money. but the app really ruins the functionality. id give the camera a 4 star rating if the app allowed it to do all that its physically capable of, but since it doesnt i give the camera a 2 star ratingEDIT:Tech support answered my inquiry and helped resolve the issue with the app. Customer service also rescheduled out offering a full refund despite me not requesting any sort of return. Camera works great now. And service personnel are dependable and responsive. 4 stars.The 5th star is withheld due to the cloud service. It's somewhat expensive and if you have multiple woolink cameras you have to pay for cloud service for each individual camera. Seems like the 128gb SD card cap is designed to encourage you to get cloud service. They could go higher if they wanted to

These outdoor security cameras were exactly what I was looking for. So far I've installed one, and I'm very happy with it. I was replacing an old one that had a single antenna and the connection was problematic. Not with these!Here are some pros and cons.Cons:— Not a con per se, but the USB power cable may or may not be too short for you. It was for me, but not a dealbreaker, I just bought a 10 ft (3.05 m) USB-C cable and it works perfectly.Pros:— Easy to install.— Plenty of functionalities.— Dual antennas allow for MUCH better Wi-Fi signal/connection than those cameras with a single antenna. My router is literally at the other side of the house in a second floor, and the connection is flawless.— There's an option in the app that makes the camera “follow” the person. It's actually kind of creepy, lol, but in a good way because it can be a major deterrent.— Very easy to set up in the app.— The app works great, loads quickly.— Many customization options, but not overwhelming to set up.— It has night vision.— It has motion activated light.— No matter in which direction/orientation you install the camera, the app lets you flip/swap views to get the image to look the right way.— With a 128 GB micro SD memory card, you have PLENTY of space for recordings.— Hence, no annual plan to pay for or anything like that.Highly recommend these cameras.

As advertised. Good quality video. I don't have a subscription but it does give screenshots all alerts.

I’ve been having problems so I had to buy a camera, was really iffy on which one to buy! Set on this camera because it has the app with it and it was on a good sale. I completely made the right choice. It is an excellent product super easy to set up, super easy to access the app and figure out how to use. It comes with everything you need to screw it into place. The only problem I had of course, was I needed outside cameras, so I had to get extension cords for my plug-ins. On the app you can save the videos and it’ll take screenshots of any human activity. You can even talk through it and hear people talk to you. You can move the camera back-and-forth set it up to automatically move back-and-forth whatever you need. I would also recommend buying microSD cards with them.

Initial purchase of two. I noticed immediately that the box had been previously opened and another factory sticker put on. “Outline traced” There was a finger smudge on the lens of one cam. It cleaned off easy enough. I tested before installing and all worked right off. I use the 2.4g on my router so it recognized and connected hands free no hassle. Even voice confirmation. After installing I added a 64g micro SD card and played more. The lens covers a large area without distortion. The ability to pan beyond 180. Zooming in stays clear. The trip wire alarm works nicely. Notifications on point after setting trip wire. Adjustment for time of recording and tracking of trip objects is super nice. Playback works fine. I disconnected power several times and they auto connected without a hitch. So pleased that I ordered 4 more. Did I mention you can talk/listen through the camera. The doggies don’t know what’s going on when I tell them to settle down 😂 They settle down after they can’t find me 🤣 The only challenge is power access. I found some 20’ extensions I hope will work for shop/parking area. Minus 1 ⭐️ for open package and smeared lens. The next order of 4 is factory sealed.
