The Traditional Shaving Company Sandalwood Shaving Cream 100ml

I live in a hard water area, hard to find a shave cream that forms a good decent lather, did ask the question and got plenty of answers stating this would be ok.It’s not! Only get a light foam despite going mad with the shaving brush. Can’t get a decent foam going in Norfolk! Even tried heating up Evian bottled water, which works fine, if a somewhat expensive shave ( the wife soon put a stop to that after I explained, it’s not me being healthy drinking it!)Scent is nice and fresh and the cream provides a close ( I use feather blades) and comfortable shave, so not too fussed, would love to find a product that has a good foam, my bathroom shelf is getting full of failed attempts 😩.

A pleasure to use. Shaving becomes quite pleasurable leaving skin soft and smooth. Pleasant strength of scent. A fair price. Happy to recommend

I buy this product for my hubby who won't use anything other than The Traditional Shaving Company products now. He has sensitive skin and this is perfect for him, it's the only range of products he doesn't have an adverse reaction to. It's long lasting so excellent value for money. It smells great, not too strong. Overall an excellent product which I'd recommend to anyone - thank you!

I liked this shavng cream as it produced an excellent lather and also the smell was good. A shame it is no longer available as I would buy again.

Bought this after using their Leodis shaving cream which I really liked. This has a nice traditional fragrance and I much prefer it to the Taylors shaving cream I have used in the past. Doesn't irritate, happy to recommend this to anyone who is thinking of purchasing, you won't regret it.

I've used a number of shaving creams over the years. I use DE and SR razors.Although this gives a good lather, it takes a lot of shaving cream to get there. I bought mine in March and by June it was done and I wasn't using it every day. Taylors of Bond street lasts me 6 months.The smell was really nice, but again over time the smell began to diminish.For the price, this is not a shaving cream I'll buy again, just didn't last long enough and would end up being expensive to use as a daily driver.
