Work knife that can take the abuse of the toughest work day.
This knife came ready to use. Blade sharp enough to shave arm hair.I did lightly oil to help the open and closing action go a little smoother.But in all it seems tight and solid.5☆

Reliable and great safety lock future
I have been carrying same style of pocket knife for last 15 years. This may be my third or fourth. I would be really sad if they discontinue this model. I carry it every day and it is always handy and reliable. Little hard to sharpen serrated part but this pattern really slices great when sharp.

Overall a good choice for an EDC.
The assistanted openingon this knife is different from most EDC knives...not bad just different. It's almost a type of switch blade...IMO. That being said I little REM Oil in the right spots keeps it working like new.Veff serrations rarely need sharpening and are better than a normal serrated blade for my use.TWO CONS:The knife a little bulky in the pocket...I'd like to be able to attach the pocket clip to either end.Other than those two things I have NO complaints.All in all I recommend this knife as a solid and dependable EDC.

This is my 4th knife from CRKT that has met expectations and then some... well built and feels great in the hand.best edition of the ignitor for edc.
