Perfect
Purchased the #5 for the new SR45 Ruger. After about 15 minutes of adjusting the paddle angle and thumb break on the slide it was awesome. Price was well worth the item and delivery was 2 days. I would buy another in a minute if required. What I like is the adjustable angle and height that will allow you to comfortably wear and access a large frame auto. I have worn other rigs in the car and usually had issues with seat belts and getting poked in the ribs, but not with the adjustable paddle holster. This is designed to be able to fit to people with different shapes and torsos. The real deal sealer was the perfect angle the frame of the pistol sits while sitting or standing. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is I have not had it long enough to determine how it will hold up. After inspecting the quality of the holster I am fairly positive it will provide many years of service. Matter of fact as of right now I would not purchase another rig for my .45.

Size chart and product review.
I received this today and it fits my CZ 40 P perfectly (size 16). I had to remove the paddle and block in order to set the retension strap and turn the holster for cross-draw. It was all done easily enough and went back together perfectly. And, just to bust myself out, I will tell you that after turning my garage upside down looking for the right size allen wrench...I discovered that Uncle Mike's had provided one. Thanks Uncle Mike. :PAll materials are good quality, just as you would expect from Uncle Mike's. The size 16 is a perfect fit for both my CZ 40 P and Ruger P94.I went over to uncle-mikes.com and pulled this down:SizeRight Only Item No. Fit Information0 7800-1 2 - 3" barrel small/medium double action revolvers except 2" 5-shot1 7801-1 3 - 4" barrel medium autos2 7802-1 4" barrel medium and intermediate double actin revolvers5 7805-1 4 1/2 - 5" barrel large autos15 7815-1 3 3/4" - 4 1/2" barrel large autos16 7816-1 3 1/4" - 3 3/4" barrel medium and large autos19 7819-1 colt Gov't large autos, Browning Hi-Power21 7821-1 Glock 17,19,20, 21, 22, 23, 29, 3036 7836-1 2" barrel small frame 5-shot revovlers with hammer spur

Excellent Paddle Holster - with some flexibility for fit
I'm a big Fobus Paddle and Roto Paddle fan. However, one of the challenges with the Fobus brand is that they are built for specific firearms. For example, a Fobus made for the Sig P226 will not fit into one made for the Sig P250.I purchased the Size 1 for a Kel Tec P32 with a side mount LaserLyte Laser because the pistol would no longer fit into its Fobus Evolution Paddle Holster after installing the laser. This is despite claims by LaserLyte that it will fit into standard sized holsters made for the LCP, P3AT, & P32.The Uncle Mike's Size 1 Paddle will expand and conform to fit appropriately sized pistols for the holster. The snap retention is an added plus, however, with the increased width of the Kel Tec P32 as a result of the laser, the pistol stays solidly in place without the retention snap. The paddle portion provides support for the pistol/holster. It is also a lot softer and is adjustable for cant and and ride height. I like this holster so much that I'm getting one for my P11.

Disappointed in Quality! Read whole review
I bought this for my Taurus 605 357 snub. It fits nice in the holster however some of it is very poor quality. I just received my second one after returning the first one for same reasons below.1. The small her screws used to adjust paddle are very poor quality. Both tines they stripped using the tool that came with holster. So can not adjust holster.2. The thumb strap is of the poorest quality. Both times after putting my gun in holster and checking the snap release, they broke within 3 tries. This last one cracked just below snap and while it was sitting on table I watched it break off.Holsters for 605 is hard to find so I will use this one without thumb snap until they make a holster for the 605.Pros: the 605 does fit nice in holster. The paddle wears comfortably on Your side. It's a little bulky so would Be better for open carry. No Concealment here unless wearing A heavy coat.

ok for a quickie holster
Ok for light use or just to protect your weapon, but not rugged or sturdy enough IMO for heavy or duty use. Too much flex around the thumb break area for me to be confident that it will unsnap quickly enough for a fast draw. Fit is fine, strap adjustment a little of a challenge at first. It will serve it's purpose as a place to keep my revolver at home and to use at the range, but I'll find a sturdier leather holster that allows for a more confident draw for carry. It is what it is.

Functional
All of Uncle Mike's products work as advertised. They are sturdy and functional. The price point limits fancy features, but the holster was adjustable for a fairly exact fit with some minor effort. The paddle is comfortable and holds the outfit securely. The holster also works with the paddle slipped through the belt. Can't beat the price from Amazon.

It's not that the holster is inherently bad, it's that their sizing is inconsistent.
The holster worked OK for a friend's Glock 19, but the size 0 paddle holster is a much larger holster than the size 0 sidekick holster. It's not that the holster is inherently bad, it's that their sizing is inconsistent. These are all cheap holsters and shouldn't be held to the same standard as a Galco or Safariland. They do what they're meant to do.
