TAKEOFF! - SUPER COL

I thought my kids would get a kick out of this Planes coloring book. They certainly are eager for the upcoming movie. I received it 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been colored in. Why? My oldest (6) claims the pictures are too small and lines too fine. Most her coloring books have large pictures with thick black lines to stay in. This book has very fine lined pictures. As the adult, I am baffled by her logic. I think the pictures of movie aircraft are great looking and really have some level of artistic quality to them. Basically, the finer lines allow for more airplane detail. To the 6 year old, it's too difficult. So she takes a pass. Weird. I give it 4 stars for the "I like it" standard. I do like it. But I do not "love it" because of my kids, mostly my 6 year old, not using it.

This is a super fun coloring book for any "Planes" fans. This was a perfect gift for our 3-year-old grandson. We gave it with other Disney Plane toys including a set of the little planes, a DVD, and a pack of thick crayons for Christmas. The pictures are cute. Our little guy was very happy to receive this gift and loves to work on his coloring skills with it. This gift was a HIT!

Our grandsons loves this coloring/activity book. I tear out the pages and set them up at their kidlet table. Nice to have boy friendly creative options like Disney Cars & Planes (when their parents were little, it was Toy Story's Buzz & Woody that our boy loved).. No big social agenda, just great stories where good guys push through, get stronger, and win with integrity. Nice life lesson messages in pint size stories. Well done.

Very cute for my little plane lover. Although, the book stated we would receive stickers inside but there were no stickers to be found.

A well thought out book for activities and coloring. It is a little advanced for the two year old i choose it for, but I'm sure it can be saved for later.

It was a good enough to keep our child entertained.

My son loves this. Not only is this a coloring book, but also a story book as well. He enjoys telling the story that is on the pages.

The book is very nice and there are lots of detailed pictures from the film depicting all the charecters in various scenes. It is a lovely colouring book no doubt yet there is one drawback, the paper quality is very poor and you cannot use felt tips otherwise the ink seeps through the paper and renders the picture on the otherside useless. It is a shame about this as my 2year old loves using (washable) felt tips instead of crayons and pencils as the colour is much more vibrant.

I was happy with the pictures and content of the book. Attractive cover but only downside was the quality of the paper which wasn't very good. I think he may need to use wax crayons as felt tip may go through paper

Bought this book for my nephew as he loves Dusty. He was so pleased with it. Pages are bit thin but are fine with couring pencils and crayons which is all he uses
