You do have to let it dry for about 30 seconds so it has smear resistance, but that's what you get when you have such nice flow. This makes it easy to write with. It fits well into the pen and is easy to change. I also recommend this for art because you have control on ink flow when writing by pressing harder or softer. You don't have to press hard for good flow making it great for my partial lack of hand control.

These refills are great and just as durable as the original ink wells. You do have to let it dry for about 30 seconds so it has smear resistance, but that's what you get when you have such nice flow. This makes it easy to write with. It fits well into the pen and is easy to change. I also recommend this for art because you have control on ink flow when writing by pressing harder or softer. You don't have to press hard for good flow making it great for my partial lack of hand control.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect refills for the perfect pen!

I love all these Pilot pens, the V5 AND the V7. I was especially happy to find refills because the pens are quite nice and it's such a waste to toss them when the ink runs out. These are typical gel pens, and like any gel pen, it doesn't play well with water, but that isn't its purpose. Keep that in mind if you need permanent ink. NOW... if they'd only start to make the peacock blue refills, I'd be REALLY happy! I just hate tossing perfectly good pens because a refill is not available. Pilot, are you listening? Maybe they just don't sell enough peacock-ink pens to justify making refills in that color.
