Thermocouple Thermometer Digital Data Logger Thermometer 4 Channel K/J/T Type Thermocouple Meter Temperature Meter, Temperature Logger with Sound & Light Alarm -200~1372°C (-328~2501°F)

I didn't notice that the software only runs on a PC which is really just the driver. Apparently this thing uses USB serial but nothing standard. I'm trying to roast coffee and the Artisan Software doesn't list this thing. I can't even get it to read from the port manually. I mean not having a Mac driver is a huge issue. I'd avoid this if you plan on using Artisan or you have a Mac.

I bought this to adapt to my coffee roaster, but when I tested it with boiling water it read 186° with two different thermocouples, one of which read 210.5° with another meter. I would have liked to have the use of the additional capabilities of this one, but I need the right temp more than recording capability.
