This product received great reviews. However, it did absolutely nothing for me. Not only do I eat clean, I exercise 4 days a week. It was a complete waste of money. I did not lose any weight while taking this product. Too bad it received amazing reviews, because I feel I was duped. Don't waste your money.

No help in losing weight but I can't remember to take 30 minutes before I eat. That's always a problem for me. If it would work if I'd take just before I eat, that would be great but it doesn't.

Doesn’t work. Save your money. After reading some positive reviews, I thought I would give it a try. It does not work at all and made me feel hungrier. I actually gained weight while taking this product. Buy something else.
