Why can't my phone connect to the WIFI in the dash cam?

Due to a small number of compatibility issues, if the APP and dash cam are unable to connect, please switch off your phone's cellular data first and then try again. If you still have questions, please just contact the HUPEJOS support team.

On the 4 channel dash cam i have to buy extra kits to support the 24 hour recording?

Yes, the hardwire kit enables dashcams parking monitoring mode and protects the Car battery from being depleted. The hardwire kit is not Included, you need to purchase it separately. Please search for ASIN: B0FK25YFZ5.

How to use the Voice Control?

Spoke commands (English) : take photo, video start, turn on/off audio, turn on/off wifi, turn on/off screen. (NOTE: Only the voice option in the menu is supported)

Speed shown on the camera is not correct?

Please go to the GPS Menu Settings on the dash cam, and adjust the speed.

Is it difficult to install a dash cam?
