Q: Hi, my son is 13 and around 5ft 3, not sure whether to go for 150 or 160, he currently has 140 and its gone small. Please can you help.

A 150cm would be suitable for now but not provide any growth room. Some shrinkage can occur over time and it may be that his current uniform has shrunk as well as your son growing. A 150cm should suffice for now.

Q: If i'm 5'6 and a size 18 which size should i get?, i'm confused about the sizing. thanks

From what you are saying, I would try size 5 first. With all karate suits, there is a bit of trial and error. You need it not to be too tight across the chest to help you twist and turn. You will almost certainly have to get the legs tailored shorter.

All I can say is measure your extremities and make sure you have enough room because I found my suit to be a little on the small side. There should be a chart on the Items web page if you click on Size.
