(Not so) Cheap and Miserable
This phone got a bit of publicity as it was meant to be some unofficial sequel to the old Motorola Razr from the 2000's after Binatone agreed some licensing deal. The Blade couldn't be further from the Razr - it is very cheaply made and looks to be overpriced at anything more than £10.No predictive text, poor call quality, surprisingly poor battery life.I get that there might not be a market for premium quality 'dumb phones' but who exactly is this phone aimed at?It is incredibly fiddly to use and I'd have thought elderly people would want something with larger buttons. Those wanting it for a nostalgia factor, a second phone or a travel phone would be better off just picking up a Razr 3 or similar on auction sites - they are now cheaper than this phone, still do pretty much everything better and have a build quality that is several leagues above it.Really disappointing.

Not worth it at all
Small phone with very basic functionsThat is not a problem thoughThe quality is the major issue. As other reviewers have noted, it feels cheap, plasticky, flimsy and you are constantly in fear you will break it even when just answering a call.Loudspeaker is loud, but in a way too loud as the sound quality is very poor.Could find no redeeming qualities.I would definitely not recommend this phone.I'd rather I paid a few more quid if they had used better materials.

The Blade is far better that that and provides a simple call / text ...
I have been searching for a decent flip phone for some time (tried the Doro but found it was targeted at an older demographic, big buttons, emergency button etc). The Blade is far better that that and provides a simple call / text in a very compact and stylish format. Not WiFi enebled which in my view is a failure. My holy grail would be a ‘Blade’ with a querty keyboard, WiFi enabled with perhaps a few more sofiticated apps (for example the calendar only allows a limited numbe4 of entries before it tells you its full). I would gladly have paid twice the price to get a quality adaptable flip phone so come on Binatone I’m sure that there is a market - or is it just me?Update since purchasing this phone it has failed twice. First time Amazon replaced it last time I contacted Binatone who asked m3 to return to them direct so that they could repair it: which I promptly did. 2 months later I chased them up to be told that they were waiting for spares and then 5 days later they’ve just advisecthat they are going to return it to me so I can resolve direct with Amazon!! So on balance both quality and service from manufacturer is appalling, suggest you might want to check other phones.......

could eo a bit better by by putting the camera in the middle instead of being to the side because if you are either left or right handed you have to remember to hold it in a certain way to avoid having your hand over it . also I cant seem to receive pictures any pictures or emojis from other people. also quite an echo when using the phone or receiving calls

Terrible
Phone was so light and flimsy. After getting SIM cards for this phone and setting it up the screen went white and was unable to use it. Amazon were great and refunded the money immediately.

Good basic phone especially at the price.
I come from the flip-phone generation, the V3 and Startac to name just two of my old phones, so this appealed. I carry an iPhone as my daily phone and was using a Note 8 with my company SIM, however the only real reason to carry the company phone is for system texts and the odd call, two large smart phones is too much to carry about. This phone is light, fits easily in the pocket and does what I need it to do. Also it can go a couple of days between charges. Not tried the dual SIM function yet.

OK but pricey
I would have expected better quality for a £50 telephone.Apart from that it is exactly what I wanted in a mobile phone and I even like the colour. One minor irritation is the lack of a bevel to open the flip cover it is quite tricky to open the cover, perhaps you get used to it.
