I have owned a set of eight for about two years. They’ve been in continuous use all this time in my garden taking, sun, rain, snow, etc…etc. Only two have given out but six remain perfectly operational. I ordered this second set of eight to add to the evening light show in the garden. It’s seriously cool looking to see among the plants here and there!Be sure the protective film is taken off of the new product before setting it out in the sunlight to absorb the sun’s energy.No need to ever do anything. Just turn it on before setting it out and then forget it for years. Presto !I definitely do recommend this product.

The inserts that go into the ground are quite long if you wanted to display them in a standard sized garden pot. The pot has to be quite deep or they stick up awkwardly. I pounded the inserts with a rubber mallet into an area with ground cover, so that only about 4 inches of the inserts were above ground before attaching the lights . I didn't measure exactly, but I would quesstimate that the inserts are roughly 12 inches high and if you were displaying the lights in and amongst taller plants that height is good. If you are inserting in ground cover, or lawn, you might have to pound the insert way down, so that it doesn't look awkward. Great light and soooo cute.

These solar lights are sturdy & survive the crazy wind that barrels down the mountain and swoops through our valley. The lights sway beautifully in normal breeze. The white bulbs are large enough to be seen 100 ft away both day and night. I placed these lights in my summer day lilies while only the leaves are growing in the spring. Also placed them in the daffodil leaves after the flowers have faded. The daffodil leaves live on for several months feeding the bulbs, so these solar lights make them look like a new flower in the daytime. Bonus!

These were purchased as a gift. The person I gave them to loved them! They came on as soon as it started getting dark. They are solar powered so don't need any batteries at all and they were really bright and beautiful!

I really like these lights. Like many people, I'm sure, I always had those inexpensive little lanterns lights that I place around the edge of my front landscaping. They're OK, but kind of boring. These add a really nice touch. The solar pad is on the stake so it's not very obvious. Then each bundle has a spray of small lights that move in the wind and add tiny dots of lights throughout the landscaping. At night it looks really pretty and the solar charge last a long time. Definitely an attention getter and I've had many compliments.

I love the lights but ordered 12 packs and only 11 arrived. I had already put most of them in the ground before I realized I was missing a pack. Hoping the one pack can be sent to me instead of having to send the other 11 back.Updating to 5 stars because I received the replacement bulbs in less than 24 hours!!! These lights are so beautiful. The kids and I can’t stay away from the windows to look at them. They are so magical!!! Set up is super simple and only took seconds to unfold the solar panel, attached stake and turn on. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Would recommend to everyone!!!

This is the second time I have ordered these lights. I love them and they create a lot of light on the dark side of my house.
