As I do yoga and pilates 3 times a week I always have to buy a new mat, this is the Best mat I've ever used, it's not slippery, and not to mention that it's made of ecological material. I recommend This eco-friendly yoga mat has alignment lines on the top layer to help you make proper adjustments with your hands and feet as you're moving through poses. The double layer also provides grip so you don't slip and are able to maintain balance. We love that it also comes with a bag so you can carry it with you wherever you go. I really recommend!!

The last mat i bought was all foam and had a smell that did not go away no matter what. This cork mat does not have that smell at all thankfully. Its non slip and has the perfect length for my hot yoga practice. The biggest thing i was looking for was something easy to clean! And this is exacty that! Plus the stars and moon phases are a perfect touch

I purchased this mat knowing cork mats are supposed to be most eco friendly. As another customer noted, this is mostly foam, not cork!!! It doesn’t even attempt to say eco-friendly on the packaging. Now trying to decide if it is better for the environment to return it and buy a different brand, or that will just waste more resources? Bottom line, this should not be called a cork yoga mat, when there is only a fine layer of foam on one side.

The 6mm mat is made from cheap foam that is not grippy at all on hardwood floors. The cork is so thin that it is a layer the thickness of a piece of paper. What a disappointment to buy this mat for $75+ Canadian dollars. Don’t believe the positive reviews.
