Works ok, but not great.
I have tried several clamps. This one works best, but is usually painful to sleep with. Ok during the day.

Not what you want but need...
Expensive for the job at hand and not user friendly. The whole gadget should be must easier to clean. The blue parts could be be easier to work towards the goal to stop leaking. Having only 4 settings and still leaking makes this useless. Better would have been a slow closing than a snapping into forced setting.
