I liked the device. I hated the velcro. It pulled my hair out each time i wore it. It was painful to remove.

I don’t have such a skinny neck, and this one bit big. Therefore not super comfortable to wear( too bulky)

My chin doesn't rest on the chin rest. It's too short, which makes it painful to try and swallow anything.I feel, too, like it should hold my chin a bit higher to better improve my posture.For the short times I'm able to wear it while working at my desk; it does provide some neck fatigue relief.This should really come in multiple sizes and there should be some way to adjust the chin height.UPDATE: The seller provided a refund though I didn't seek one based on this review. He offered some options for adjustment. I've kind of adjusted to it, and while the fit isn't ideal, it's not entirely useless. It does provide some relief.

Good support, but a little skimpy on the pieces of Velcro for behind the neck. Barely fits me, not sure it would fit a man with a larger neck.

Works exactly as expected. I saw a person complaining about size and that its too small and hurts his Adams apple. He is obviously using the brace wrong. I also read a few reviews complaining about poor instructions. The instructions are easy to understand with pictures that show exactly how to use it. There are only two ways, either front mounted or behind neck. I got the idea even before reading the instructions, that's how easy it is to use.

It hurt and I couldn’t adjust it enough to fit right. I had no problems returning the Brace. Thx.
