This item works just fine for my half bath

So far works well (a few month) better on value that much cheaper than name brand in commercial brand venders ($500) but it makes nosier than commercial brand when it shut off.

First thing: the pressure on this faucet is extremely high. The water shoots out like a cannon and there is an audible blast. Having a bit of leakage at one of the nuts going to the unit because the pressure and shock is significant--even had a plumber out and it just is what it is because of the blast. The install is a bit trickier than a typical setup. Otherwise, not a bad product. The sensor works well and everything seems sturdy and well-built. But because of the pressure, kick, and sound, we're going to get another, more typical, faucet for the bathroom.

I got this Halo Sanitary Motion Sensor Touchless Bathroom Faucet to replace an existing older Delta bath sink faucet. The package came with everything needed to install the faucet although I do add silicone seal on all of the mating surfaces. The finish is a brite polished chrome. The base plate which may or may not be used appears to be stainless steel. The faucet itself is very good quality with brass internals. The faucet only controls the off and on function. The temperature is adjusted with a mixing valve located under the sink on the control electronics box. Set the wanted temperature and leave it there for everyone. The unit is powered by 4 AA batteries which provide a total of 6 volts. Installation is similar to the installation of any bath faucet except the control box is mounted under the sinkI hadn't considered it before ordering but this faucet will not accommodate the drain stopper mechanism that is on almost all residential sinks. This would be better used in a commercial environment that does not use a stopper with a rod in the back of the faucet.

If you want to waste time and money, then buy this very poor quality facet!VERY VERY Poor quality from China! Look at the bent valve that leaked and it was like that on two facets from these people. It says commerical grade, HA! nothing but junk! DO NOT BUY!
