This does not stay cold long. Maybe 2 minutes.

Very comfortable and easy to wear while mousing, however I have it only 3 stars bc it warms up too quickly, not providing enough cold therapy.

This ice therapy glove is absolutely amazing. Very comfortable, very soft, non-compressive and 10/10 cold. Soothing to the joints and tendons of the hand. Going to purchase multiples just to keep extra to ice with throughout the day.

Bought it and was disappointed cause it doesn’t stay cold the gel only cools for about 5-10 min even after it’s been in the freezer for about a week I do not recommend.

This glove can be used for both hot and cold purposes, but I like it warm. It’s really comfy and easy to put on. The inside has a thick, soft gel, and I warm it up in the microwave. Now, it’s important to mention a couple of things. While it does provide a soothing warmth, the heat isn’t distributed perfectly evenly, so some areas may feel warmer than others. Also, it doesn’t stay warm so it’s best for short bursts of warmth.

This Trucomfie Cold Packs for Wrist & Thumb - Hot & Cold Therapy is very easy to use, whether hot or cold. I generally use cold therapy on my hand, so I immediately froze this product. I also tried it heated. It's well made and does a good job either way, however the glove is very large. That may help people with bigger hands, but my petite hand did not make good contact with the glove everywhere that I needed it to. I had to use my other hand to push the glove against my joints.I still find it useful, as it brings the needed cold/hot therapy to my arthritic hands. I just wish it could be tightened to accommodate different hand sizes. Overall, I still recommend this product.
