Good Grinder and it's a second time purchasing
First Grinder also Premier 2 litre table top wet grinder which was purchased in 2011 and until it was running without any issue. Now purchased new one on June 2026 as upgrade, its also Premier smart 2 litre table top wet grinder. Initially it had heating issue and it's normal due to new motor and vent is given on single side only when compared to the old one.Rice graining and batter is so soft.

Grinds very well but on/off button not functioning.
Only one problem is that the on/off button on the grinder isn't functioning. So,I have to switch it off or on using the main powersupply. A request to the Amazon team is to check their products before selling them. The procedure to return or replace is a big hassle. We can't speak to the customer service directly to explain our problem or discuss the solution.This is the best time I ever bought a wet grinder. My neighbour aunty guided me how to use it. It ground the dal and the rice for the batter very well. I was amazed at the fluffiness of the batter.

Do not buy this product
Had expectations from this product, bit upon used it is not given me the result. Grinding a not happening, taking too long, still not making required consistency grinding . Waste of money

My wife desired that I order a Wet Grinder for the main function of preparing Idli - Dosa batter. The previous grinder of a reputed make gave away as it's locking latch at the top broke. After careful thought and reading the reviews, I ordered this item. This item is Black 🐈⬛ 🖤 in color and comes with optional accessories like Coconut 🥥 scrapper and Atta kneader and it fantastically fits with the decor of my kitchen. The functioning of the Wet Grinder is top class and it makes idli-dosa batter much faster. An important feature is that parts of this Wet Grinder like Pair of Grinding Stones and the Steel Drum are all lighter (not light) in weight and can be lifted by aged people and pregnant ladies alike. This item was delivered to my Guwahati address within 7 days of ordering. Item is A-1 and comes highly recommended. Amazon rocks!!!! As a Top Notch Seller.
