This shoe is so comfortable - the only problem is the strap keeps unvelcroing (not a word). But if I don't have to hustle, it stays strapped. I do have a high instep so maybe that's the problem. Even with that, I wore this shoe to a trade show and my feet felt great - so great I danced the night away in them after my 14 hour shift. I just kept tapping the strap back in place; I guess some thought that was a dance move.

I was on the fence about keeping these shoes and ended up keeping them because they're pretty comfortable but they're not very attractive. They look a lot like "character shoes" that actors and dancers wear on stage. They aren't dressy or casual - just sort of non-descript and plain. They definitely won't make an outfit.

The shoe itself is adorable. It's nice quality. I wanted to love these shoes, but I'm normally a 9-9.5, I ordered a 9.5, but they were so big on me, that I'm afraid to try the 9. The shoe itself is adorable. They also have absolutely no arch support, which would be ok if it actually had a "Removable PU foam footbed" as stated in the product description. But, it doesn't the footbed is glued in place. At least then I could have added my own shoe insert.

The soles of these are very comfortable, but the strap was too loose over my foot. Because of the elastic and not enough velcro space to adjust the straps, they wouldn't hold the shoes in place. They flopped as I walked. It's a Rockport, so I didn't expect high style, but these are very matronly looking.

This is a nice shoe but it did not have a removable foot bed, and itis a caramel brown vs. a dark brown. I could not find the size marked on the shoes inside the box, but they were definitely about two sizes too small than what the box said. I can fit my custom orthotics in some shoes without a removable footbed, but definitely not this pair. Sent them back.

these are incredibly comfortable and fit like a dream, plus they are cute. Very satisfied with my purchase.
