This is going to save my life. I overheat a lot. I have a medical condition and one of the side effects is not sweating right or not sweating at all if hot. This works very well. I can use it with or without an Ice Cooling Vest under it.

I ordered the XL size. The first one arrived broken (packaging is not very hardy) and I didn't even try to assemble it. When the second one arrived and all of the parts were in good condition, I put it together happy to have it when working outside in the summer heat. I went to put it on and it was WAY too small. Like just barely fit my 5'4" mother and I couldn't even get the zippers together. I don't know if they managed to mis-pack/label the vest component but It was a frustrating fiasco on the cooling vest and I'm disappointed with the time wasted.

THE BAD: The size is too small - XXL barely fits me (5"10"/180lbs. The main zipper is on the wrong side. One zipper doesn't even have the little handle so it's worthless. The descriptions says 4 speeds. This only has 3 unless you want to count "off" as a speed. High speed shuts off after 15 seconds. Medium and low speeds stay on but the controller get really hot. I fear it may burn out one of these moment - I hope I don't get burned.THE GOOD: The battery is great. I've use it for an entire day and the battery is barely used. The fans really do the job. I get the chills when I turn it on. (I'm anxious to see how well it does in the Summer) I would have returned it but it's too late. I need it now during the Santa season to keep me cool (which it does - better than anything else I've tried so far - however it would have been nice if "high" would stay on). I don't have time to try a different product.For the most part, it does the job, but for the money I think it could have been better made, have all the features it promised, and stayed on in 'High" mode. There are the same type / "concept" cooling jackets out there for half the price. This should have been half the price.

I have only used it several times but it was cooler on my walk.

If you work outside in the Florida heat, or are just prone to heat exhaustion, I highly recommend this product. No, its not going to drastically change your body temperature, but it creates just enough air flow to keep you from passing out in unbearable conditions. Also, the battery bank that it comes with lasts forever. I can wear the vest all day at work, all week, and still have more than 50% charge.The only downside to this vest is its appearance. It sort of makes the wearer look like they're wearing a fat suit. Personally, i dont care, because its saving my life. Highly recommend.

I have a lawn business in South Alabama, most days the heat index is 100+ Degrees! Normally after a 2 hour job I'm soaked with sweat, exhausted, thirsty and not looking forward to the next job. After charging the battery pack, I put the vest on medium and zip it up! After the job was over, mowing and weedeating, my shirt was barely damp! I wasn't exhausted, I wasn't dehydrated, I felt ready to go to the next job! Thank you for this product!

This is a great idea and great concept, but it is not manufactured properly. The fans are a little heavy, and the only thing that holds them in the opening are too tiny soft plastic tabs that are not effective, needless to say the fans kept falling out.The fit is an XL but it is more like a medium and extremely tight so it didn’t allow for the airflow.If they designed this, I would take a chance again, but the way it is designed it is pretty much worthless
