Leak
After it was in for a little while. Started leaking not turning off. Constant drip. Will not buy again

Doesn’t work correctly, don’t waste your time.
The media could not be loaded. The box was destroyed, and shipping, came with no instructions for install, and it barely has any pressure to wash the glasses. Returning it, and getting something else.

Lifespan one week
Poorly engineered. I had to replace it after one week’s use since it started leaking all the time when it didn’t shut off. Also flow rate dropped due to the same unattached seal inside the valve.

Absolutely Useless
Kevin’s review above is 100% accurate.1.) the mounting hardware included is smaller than the actual pre-drilled/capped hole in our sink. So had to find stuff laying around to mount it.2.) The water pressure is pathetic. It cannot reach the top of a rocks glass. Our house water line is 1.25” and our sink (from which we branched) has insane pressure. Not this.3.) water just pools in it - no angle, doesn’t drain…I don’t think you could internationally make a more useless product. Avoid.

LOVE IT !!!!!
It was so easy to install! We hooked it up to our hot water line so it rinses better! Especially handy for baby bottles and rinsing cups quickly! A must-have!!!I love how it works in my new kitchen and it's really good! It's amazing how something like this can make such a huge difference.
