I've been taking these saffron caps for about a week now. I have not noticed any improvement in my eye sight (I believe that ship has sailed) but I do feel better throughout the day with a bit more energy, and I have to admit my mood is better--not letting the little things bother me so much. The pills are small and easy to swallow. The bottle was double sealed around and under the cap, and the expiration date is well over a year away. The price is high, but saffron is expensive anyway. They seem to work for me, so I can recommend if the cost is within your budget.

I have decided to try Saffron as I’ve read it helps to manage moods and my mood has been down as of late.I’ve also read that Saffron can help increase energy levels as well as maintain eye health.These capsules are a medium size and easy for me to swallow. I am taking the recommended dose of 1 capsule twice daily 30 minutes before a meal.I’ve only just begun taking this supplement so it’s too soon to notice a difference but I’m hopeful.The current price of $29.99 is fair for a 30 day supply of this supplement does in fact improve my mood.

Tastes a touch on the bitter side but it isn’t bad. Haven’t noticed much of a difference in myself or my girlfriend. Will update if anything changes.
