This is so wonderful, it's a staple in my kitchen. I use it to flavor marinades, veggies, and salads to name a few. It's light and flavorful.

I love this brand of rice vinegar. Who can argue with 370 years of business? It's got to be a good product, right? After buying the plain kind, the organic kind, large and small bottles I decided to buy this "seasoned" version much to the chagrin of my roommate. They noted that the "seasoning" is sugar, and they were already adding their own sugar to the recipe. So. . . next time just buy the regular kind. oops. It's not a terrible mistake. You can absolutely use this. It tastes good. But if you are using rice vinegar in a recipe it's probably easier to control for taste by buying plain and adding your own sugar.

Great flavor, crazy expensive for what yea get, a marinade will take the bottle no problem . Look for bigger bottle, better price

Was hoping the rave reviews were solid and they are. This is a light vinegar with a hint of sweetness. I am not at all disappointed in the product band will continue to buy it.
