This was bit sticky but fun - you definitely learn as you go along so this is a cheap and cheerful way to learn for a beginner - definitely got better as i made more but the rice is sticky stuff, make sure you have water near by or you will get sticky rice everywhere - good fun. used it well with avocado and cucumber

I'm taking a star off only because I felt the instructions were slightly lacking - but they have a video for "tips" on using this kit on their official TikTok page that I found super helpful.That the taste was great, but I'll add that the the nori isn't of the best quality - one already arrived ripped

The pack contains everything you need to fill 2 nori. It has illustrated instructions and, for me doing sushi for the first time, was the perfect start. It turned out way better than I expected so I decided to make literally tons of it haha (bought extra ingredients).

Is only two alga inside.. 2 small portions of rice... I was expecting more quantity for that price

My kids really enjoyed their sushi, kits has all the basics I just added red peppers and seasoned tuna, it is kind of tricky to roll good tip is not to over fill the nori sheets and to keep a bowl of water for cleaning a sharp knife before cutting other than that it was simple to make, took around 50 minutes from start to finish, the instructions were clear and easy to follow

I’ve always loved shusi so, as I enjoy cooking, decided to have a go at making it myself. The Yukata kit comes with all the necessary items – rice, rolling mat, etc – and the only ingredient needed is the filling, fish, vegetable or whatever. There’s also an east-to-understand instruction booklet, perfect for the novice. All went well and very tasty, with the only setback being the shusi was not perfectly shaped. But that was due to my inexperience. I’ll certainly be preparing shusi again and, hopefully, practice will make perfect!
