I used these for a while. No side effects. It does give you an energy boost. Muscles seemed happy so it must have worked. It does help some with brain fog also. Decent product for a decent price. No taste whatsoever. I've since switched to powder form so it's easier to up my dosage

Semms to work pretty well

This is the first creatine that i buy and it’s honestly great! You do have to be consistent in order ti see results! I personally haven’t seen any side effects since I've been taking it but i did notice that in order to see progress you do have to be consistent . I love that they don’t have any taste to them so they are easy to take.

Ugh, why do i keep trying to take creatine in capsule form? 4 capsules? FOUR! Why am i doing this to myself? I already take multivitamins, probiotics, allergy meds, etc... (yes its excessive) now i have to add four more pills? And if you believe in the "loading phase" where you need 20g every day for a week? I have to take 26 capsules every day? Ugh. No thanks. Just writing this review gives me anxiety. I didnt do the loading phase, i just tried to take the 4 a day and that lasted about 3 days. This is not the type of person i can be. On the plus side, the 3 days i managed to take them i never had stomach issues or other side effects. Its just too many pills. Im going to try a powder, who knows, maybe ill be back to pills again someday.

The daily minimum dosage recommended for creatine is 5g and 3000mg equates to roughly 3mg. So you would need to take about 7-8 pills a day to get your minimum required amount. Some recent studies are actually recommending closer to 10g so in that case, you are swallowing about 12-13 pills a day. These pills are small but still - they might be a bit tough. I’m going to finish the bottle and probably just stick with the powders because it’s easier to measure. It didn’t give me GI upset but it did make my head feel kind of “weird”. That doesn’t happen with other brands so not sure what is going on there.
