My go-to garage storage
Love the hang ups. Have lots in the garage. We’ve had a few issues but the company is very responsive to send replacement parts.

Had to order 2 times as they came scratched.
This product has to be the biggest POS I've ever purchased for the cost they are. Ordered 3 units 2 lower cabinet one with doors and other with drawers and one large door cabinet. All of them were scratched and are not at all well made. They did have easy returns but when the second boxes arrived we either dealt with the scratches or were the color black looks wore off.I would not advise anyone to purchase these cabinets.

Could have been a 5!
Box was received with an open end. Luckily no missing parts due to being very well packed. Well done! Complete inventory showed all parts and items were received. On page six it showed the middle support board had holes drilled at the top for the locking nuts (RM-0103). Sadly, the board had the holes on the wrong side of the board per your illustration. I was still able to complete the installation despite this but added more installation time to figure out which was correct. The board or illustration. Couple of suggestions to make this a 5.1) Unless I misread your item description it does not have a back board. Guess the wall is supposed to do this function. Would have been nice to know before purchase. I may not have purchased this item.2) A little more detail on the instruction sheet would help those with limited experience to understand. Maybe list smooth or front edge of boards on diagram. Even putting on numbered labels on items to speed up the correct selection of items.

Not precise pre drill so assembly dos not align when assembled.
Was hoping for higher quality, seems sturdy now can’t comment on down the road. Some exterior scuffing no. It will detract from my finish d garage.
